Welcome! My name is Jackie, and I am a 50+ year old runner and athlete. I have been married to my hubs for 21 years and we have an amazing 16 year old son (I am lucky enough to be the endurance coach for his Mountain Bike Team, with his blessing of course) and two great doggos. I have been a runner for over 20 years and a coach for over 12.
