Coach Katie Tommila

Colorado Springs, Colorado based. I'm 11 x marathoner and 3 x Ironman finisher. My athletic career hilights include qualifying for and finishing the Kona Ironman World Championships and running the Boston marathon at 24 weeks pregnant. I'm also a mom to my beautiful daughter, future mom to my wonderful son, military wife, and speech pathologist. I would love my focus for coaching to be empowering women and mothers to never kick to the curb their fitness goals and to help women everywhere reach their full potential.
