Kelly is a RRCA certified coach, USATF Level 2 coach in youth development and sprints/hurdles/relays and a USATF Cross Country Specialist. Kelly is a certified nutrition coach through Precision Nutrition. She also coaches high school track and cross country. Regardless of your training speed, experience or ability level, Kelly will create a training plan that is specific to your goals. Factors such as; training and injury history, ability level, time commitment, overall well-being, family or work obligations, and amount of stress in your life are all considered when a training plan is created. Each training plan includes a weekly group run. Clients are given a specific target pace that matches their ability level. Most group runs are Saturday mornings and we meet year round.
